✔ How much does DNA testing cost? The cost is determined by the type of test you choose, plus a mobile fee, depending on how far your testing location is from the general Gainesville area. There is an additional appointment fee if a separate appointment/location is needed to complete the collection of test material. A quick call or text will give you a personalized quote, which will be the best possible price.

✔ How soon will I receive my results? Drug screening results are usually known within minutes using rapid saliva tests, but times vary for other methods of drug testing and for clarifying a non-negative result through a medical review officer (MRO) associated with the lab. For DNA testing, such as paternity or grandparentge relations, results are typically available within 24-48 hours.

✔ What do I need to bring to my appointment? You will need a government issued ID such as a driver's license or passport (with a photograph) for each person tested. A minor should have a birth certificate, showing the parent on the certificate. Other government issued proof of person's for the child would be acceptable. The minor would also need a current, clear photograph of them. If the responsible person bringing the child is a guardian, they must have proper paperwork showing the guardianship. If you're not sure what you have is acceptable, call or text for clarification. We can often make suggestions of items that wll work.

✔ Where do you meet to do the collections? Our collectors can meet clients at their place of work, a lawyer's office, doctor's clinic, hospital, detention center, nursing home, and at public/neutral spaces such as at a local library, a nearby hotel lobby, cafe, park or at an apartment or subdivision clubhouse. Our collectors do not go to clients' private homes except when the person being tested is homebound and cannot leave the home. This situation can make the collection less discreet/private for the client because the collector would need to be accompanied by a second person for safety reasons..

✔ Are your DNA test results accepted by the courts? Our DNA tests are court admissible only if they maintain strict chain-of-custody procedures, use verified identification, and are processed by an accredited laboratory.

✔ What if the tested individuals are in different locations? There is an additional collection fee if the second person to be tested is at different location. However, the additional fee will be waived if the individuals are very close in proximity, such as in the same town, just a few miles apart. A quick call or text will give you a personalized quote, which will be the best possible price.
