Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 29, 2026 (updated)

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a refund, less a $20 processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

• Clients who do not appear for their scheduled appointment, but want to reschedule, will be charged a $75 no-show fee, above the fees already paid, before a new appointment is scheduled. A newly scheduled appointment has to be made and kept within two weeks of the original no-show appointment to avoid the $200 cancellation fee.

• Clients who do not appear for their scheduled appointment, and cancel the service, or the client is present and declines to proceed (cancels), will be charged a $200 cancellation fee, and any applicable refund will be calculated accordingly.

• In the case that testing has begun, (indicated by the DNA kit being opened), or once specimens have been collected or submitted to the laboratory for testing, no refunds will be issued.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible and may take up to 3 business days to post to your account.
